As a writer, I constantly have to deal with writer's block. I make myself write for an hour each day (I set a timer and everything.) But, sometimes when I look at the screen and try to write this is what happens.
My Quote of the Week:

I feel like this quote is reminiscent of the Growth Mindset ideals.
Upcoming Events:
Just a friendly reminder that October 26, registration for the Fall 2016 Semester opens up. It's a good idea to get advised for that! I am getting advised this week.

And you are not the only person who picked that writer's block gif as a favorite from last week. One of the things I like about having lots of different writing projects — lots of different KINDS of writing projects — going at once is that usually if I don't feel like working on one, I might feel like working on another one. Sometimes I feel like editing... sometimes I don't... and sometimes I just want to make memes!

ReplyDeleteI love the meme you chose for this post. It is such a simple gif but it totally reminds me of that still loading sign we have all seen before. I totally had writer’s block this week and I totally related to this meme. I also love the Star Wars quote. Yoda is so wise. I am unsure about the new movie since the franchise is owned by Disney now but we shall see.
